Who can apply

• Children who have completed Primary 7 and sat the PLE, including those awaiting results.
• Orphans, vulnerable children, and children from households that cannot meet full secondary costs.
• Applicants of any faith or none, from Mayuge and neighbouring districts.
• Students ready to follow school rules and live in a boarding house.

What you will need

• Primary school leaving examination slip or number.
• Birth certificate, or a letter explaining where it is.
• Name and contact of a guardian or reference we can call.
• If any further documents are needed for your child's application, the office will tell you directly.

The process, in four steps

1. 1

   Ask or refer

   A parent, guardian, teacher or community worker contacts us about a child, by phone, WhatsApp, email or the form below. The admissions desk answers your questions and tells you exactly what is needed next.

2. 2

   Home visit and interview

   We meet the child and the household to understand the situation, the PLE marks, and what support the family can give. Nothing is decided before this meeting.

3. 3

   Admission decision and letter

   The team reviews each case on need and readiness. Successful applicants receive an admission letter with the reporting date. Where the family can pay, a subsidised fee is agreed; where they cannot, the school covers it.

4. 4

   Reporting day

   The student is assigned a house, given the packing list, and reports to campus on the date in the admission letter, together with the new intake.
